Custom Department
Our custom department is staffed by experienced cabinet makers to provide both model rooms and prototypes. Delivery of a typical model room requires approximately 4-6 weeks. Product orders will begin shipping 8-10 weeks after receipt of an approved drawing and deposit.
Just In Time Deliveries (J.I.T.)
A schedule for production of each order to meet an installation date must be developed with an order to provide on time deliveries and to coordinate a schedule with the installation crew.
AAI has the capacity to ship in the sequence most appropriate for a successful installation.
Unless otherwise specified, deliveries are blanket wrapped and sent directly to the site to avoid damage in handling and minimize installation cost.
Furniture Technicians
Our Engineering Department determines the best method and materials for production. AAI uses these shop drawings to program our extensive CNC equipment. These precise details are the fundamentals of the quality of your product.
Warranty
AAI offers a limited warranty of any manufacturing defect for a period of three years from the date of purchase.
The obligation of the company and a customer's remedy subject to the warranty are limited to repair or replacement determined by the company. Claims may be submitted in writing to our customer service representatives. The natural feature of wood can cause a variation in color. Solids and wood veneers may experience shrinkage and expand due to humidity and temperature change. These are normal features of wood and are not covered under the warranty.
